Nikolas Studios consists of 7 spacious fully renovated and equipped studios (22 m²), which one accommodates two to four people. Divided into ground and first floor, each studio includes a double and a single bedwith high quality mattresses and pillows, fully equipped kitchen (big refrigerator, hotplates and kitchen utensils), bathroom and individual balcony/terrace. There is also air conditioning as well as free Wi-Fi.

In each studio we can addup to an extra bed or baby cot, depending on your needs.

Payment Policy: 30% of whole cost required as a deposit for the confirmation of the reservation. Rest upon departure.

Cancellation Policy: 60 days before arrival, refund the entire amount of advance. 59 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation during the stay, requiring the customer to pay compensation equal to 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the residence contract.

Rooms are tidied up daily, cleaning, towels and bed linens are changed every 3 days.
